We start with a profile call: budget, submarket preference, primary versus second-home use, view priority, water and access requirements, and time horizon. From there Kris builds a working short list across the Central Oregon market, including off-market and pre-list inventory the Bend broker community surfaces.
Walks are scheduled in person, in the relevant season. Central Oregon parcels read differently in summer than under snow, and a serious search accounts for both.
